The quality control system is built in at every stage:
- Incoming inspection of raw materials and components
- Online control of parameters during production
- Final control of each batch of products, including: hydraulic tests for pressure up to 13 bar; visual inspection; painting and measurements of geometry and tightness, heat transfer tests.
All processes are certified according to ISO 9001, and the products comply with EN 442 requirements.
We have implemented:
- Closed water treatment cycle
- Filtration systems to reduce air emissions
- Return of recycled waste to the production cycle
- Safe powder paints that do not contain heavy metals
