Production capacities Thermotechlocated in the Kokand Free Economic Zone, are equipped with modern European equipment that automates all stages of manufacturing radiators — from alloy preparation to packaging finished products.

Preparation of raw materials and materials
Main materials:
- Cold-rolled mild steel with a thickness of 1.2—1.5 mm
- Steel pipes for manifolds and pipes
- Primer and paint (heat-resistant anticorrosive coatings)
- Rubber or silicone seals

Input control processes:
- Checking the thickness of the metal (micrometer, caliper, radius gauge, depth gauge)
- Analysis of the chemical composition of steel (spectrometer)
- Control of sheet geometry (tolerance ±0.1 mm).

Panel manufacturing
Steel sheet stamping
- Cutting steel coils longitudinally and transversely
- Cleaning the surface from dirt and scale
- Feed the tape into the press for cutting workpieces
- On the eccentric press, depressions (channels for the circulation of the coolant) are formed
- Two stamped plates are welded to form a panel with convection channels.

Panel welding
Spot welding connects the plates around the perimeter. Roller welding forms sealed water channels with high accuracy.

Pressure testing and tightness testing
- Radiator pressure test 10-13 bar
- Checking for leaks (automated and visual)

Окраска и защитное покрытие
Подготовка поверхности
- Обезжиривание, удаление масла и окалины
- Фосфатирование для защиты от коррозии
- Промывка водой.

Нанесение грунтовки и краски
- Грунтование методом окунания с последующей сушкой при 140–150 °C
- Порошковая окраска и полимеризация в печи при 160–200 °C.

Контроль качества и упаковка
- Проверка теплоотдачи и герметичности по стандартам ГОСТ и EN 442
- Упаковка в защитную плёнку и картонные коробки
